Your pet's health, all in one place
Petnote keeps vaccinations, medical history, weight and documents organized — and gives every pet a QR tag that shows critical info to whoever finds them.
Free plan includes one pet, the full health calendar and an Emergency Mode QR code.
Everything a pet owner has to remember
Not another app to feed. Petnote is the place you check when the vet asks “when was the last one?” — and the place that tells you before they do.
Vaccination calendar
Log every shot with the date it was given and when the next one is due. Overdue items are flagged before your vet has to chase you.
Reminders that actually arrive
One email a day covering anything due in the next week, across all your pets. Turn it off whenever you like.
Complete medical history
Visits, diagnoses, treatments, surgeries and current medications — in one place instead of a folder of paper.
Weight tracking
Log weight at each visit and watch the trend. Steady weight change is one of the earliest signals something's off.
Documents that stay findable
Upload lab results, x-rays and certificates. Private by default, and one tap away when a vet asks.
Emergency Mode
A QR code for your pet's collar. Whoever finds them sees allergies, medications and your phone number — no app, no login.
If your pet goes missing, seconds matter
Print a Petnote QR code onto your pet's tag. Anyone who finds them can scan it with a phone camera and immediately see who to call — plus the allergies and medications a vet would need to know.
- No app to install and no account to create — it opens in a browser
- Shows only what a finder needs: contact numbers, allergies, medications
- Your medical history, documents and notes stay private
- Turn the link off any time if a tag goes missing

Common questions
- Is Petnote free?
- Yes. The Free plan covers one pet profile, the vaccine and deworming calendar, email reminders before due dates, and the Emergency Mode QR page. Pro adds unlimited pets, the complete medical and weight history, and unlimited document storage.
- What is Emergency Mode?
- Emergency Mode is a public web page for your pet with its own QR code, meant for a collar tag. Anyone who finds your pet can scan it with a phone camera and immediately see who to call, plus the allergies and current medications a vet would need. It is free on every plan and you can switch the link off at any time.
- Does someone who finds my pet need to install an app?
- No. The Emergency Mode page opens in any phone browser with no app to install and no account to create, because a stranger holding your pet will not stop to sign up for anything.
- Is my pet's medical information private?
- Yes. Only the Emergency Mode page is public, and it shows just contact numbers, allergies and current medications. Your full medical history, weight entries, notes and uploaded documents stay private to your account.
- Will Petnote remind me before a vaccine is due?
- Yes. Petnote sends one email a day covering anything due in the next week across all of your pets, and overdue items stay flagged rather than quietly ageing out. You can turn reminders off whenever you like.
- Can I track more than one pet?
- The Free plan covers one pet profile. Pro removes the limit, so multi-pet households can keep every animal's vaccines, medical history, weight and documents in the same account.
Start with one pet. It takes two minutes.
Add their name and species, and you'll have a health record and an Emergency Mode QR code before your coffee gets cold.
